- When does my contract start?
Your AMC begins on the date of payment, not the assessment visit. You can schedule your first maintenance visit within 30 days of sign-up. - Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can switch plans at renewal. Mid-contract changes are handled on a case-by-case basis. - What if I have more doors/windows than my plan covers?
We’ll provide a revised quote during the assessment. You can upgrade your plan or add specific units at pro-rata pricing. - What counts as “emergency” vs “scheduled” service?
● Emergency: Door won’t lock, window stuck open/closed, broken handle causing security risk.
● Scheduled: Regular maintenance, minor adjustments, preventive care. - How do I cancel?
30-day notice required. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first scheduled visit. Monthly plans can be canceled with one month’s notice. - What types of doors and windows do you serve?
We service uPVC and aluminum doors/windows.
